Mix the goat cheese with the olive oil. Set aside.
Mix minced meat and potato flour (or if cannot get ahold of any, use corn starch)
Add the mustard and the parsley. We used frozen but feel free to use fresh.
Also add the egg...
..the garlic and the salt.
Fry the patties in some butter and/or olive oil.
While the patties are on the stove, set the table. This was in the autumn, hence the colors.
When cooked, add the goat cheese on top.
Serve with a salad, and/or some grilled vegetables.
- 500.0g Minced meat (Lamb)
- 50.0ml Potato flour (or corn starch)
- 4.0Tbsp Parsley
- 2.0tsp Dijon mustard
- 1.0 Egg
- 2.0 Garlic cloves
- 1.0tsp Salt
- 200.0g Goat cheese
- 2.0Tbsp Olive oil
