Ingredients for the gnocchi

Peel the potatoes

Cut and boil potatoes for around 15-30 minutes

Mash the potatoes

Add egg then mix

Add flour then mix

Roll and cut the gnocchi

Ingredients for pesto sauce

Grate Parmesan cheese around 1/3 of a cup

Add pine nuts to basil then blend

Add cream to pesto

And then serve
