1kg of red potatoes, flour, salt and a egg to make gnocchi
Boil red potatoes for about 20 minutes
Peel potatoes while still hot and and put them in a potato press
Place on a bench and add flour, egg an salt while you mix
Mix dough until springy
Roll into 6 cigar looking pieces
Cut 3 cm of dough off each strip and roll onto a block
Cook until they reach the top
4 rashes of bacon, passata sauce, onion, salt and pepper to make the sauce for the gnocchi
Dice onion and bacon until brown
Add sauce and cook for an hour on medium
Eat
