Spray a muffin tin with Pam or olive oil

Scoop muffin mix into tray. I was able to get 9 muffins out of the batter

  • 1/3c Sugar (or sugar substitute)
  • 1/2tsp Salt
  • 1/2tsp Baking powder
  • 3/4c Milk
  • 6.0Tbsp Butter, melted and cooled
  • 1.0 Egg, beaten
