I use a small blender for small jobs. So in the blender, add all the ingredients.

Make sure to blend the complete batch thoroughly so that none of the black bean parts can be seen

Pour into a greased cake pan. I used a bakers spray. Just cause I couldn't get enough chocolate, I added some white chocolate chips.

Place into a 350 degree preheated oven x 25 minutes. Take out, pour some more chocolate chips (if you'd like) on top and let stand x 30 minutes.

After a 30 minute nap, this is what was left! What they don't know, as long as it's healthy, will not hurt them.

The kids and hubby all say that the brownies were moist and chocolately. Oh, well, another batch into the oven. Thanks for reading :))

  • 1 can of black beans, drained
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa
  • 3 tbs vegetable oil
  • 1tsp of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • A pinch of salt
