How to make glitter wine glasses

Supplies

Wrap tape evenly around glass. You can glitter the above portion or the entire bottom portion.

Brush a THIN layer of mod podge over the area you plan to glitter.

Glitter glitter glitter! Place newspaper underneath so you can use the glitter that doesn't stick the first time.

1st layer done. Wait at least one hour before next step. The longer the better.

Brush another thin layer of mod podge on the glass and apply another coat of glitter. Let dry. Do this until you are satisfied with the look.

Apply one last layer of mod podge but do NOT add glitter. This will act as a sealant. Let dry. Remove tape carefully. Done!!
