Pull or slice your buns in small pieces.
Boil the milk and add it to the buns.
Then Cover it with a lid for about 30 minutes to get the buns completely soaken.
Dice your Onion and Cut your parsley.
Melt the Butter in a pan and then Steam the parsley and Onion for short inside it. After that add it to the buns.
Then add the eggs and the flour. The amount oft flour depends on the size of the eggs.
Knead it to smooth dough.
Wet both hands.
Then Roll a ball. Wet your hands for each dumpling so it won't stick to your hands.
Dump them into salten water. They should go Down to the bottom. Boil them.
They are ready when they come up.

- 20.0g Butter
