Peel two garlic cloves
Put into blender to chop
Chopped garlic
Add two Tablespoons of lemon juice
Add 1/3 cup Tahini
Add 1/4 teaspoon of cumin
Add 1/4 teaspoon paprika and 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1/2 tablespoon cilantro
Drain chickpeas into a bowl
Add chickpeas
Blend, add water from drained chickpeas to get the consistency you want
Add to bowl
Put cilantro on top
Add cayenne pepper to that
Put olive oil on-top about 2 tablespoons
Serve with chips, fresh veggies or use in place of mayo on sandwiches
