First, preheat your oven to 180°C/350°F.
Cream butter (which has to be at room temperature) and sugar.
Then, add eggs and vanilla.
Now you add the melted chocolate. Whisk awaaaaay.
Your batter will look like scrambled eggs at this point. Don't worry! It'll all smooth out soon. And, I just melted my chocolate in the microwave but you could do it over a double boiler as well.

Now, add in flour, cocoa, salt and espresso powder. Espresso powder acts like salt to chocolate. It brings out the flavor. You wouldn't be able to taste any coffee flavor in this recipe.
Whisk but REMEMBER NOT TO OVERMIX! Mix only until incorporated.
Pour the batter in a greased pan, I think mine is 8x8, and level it.
Bake for 34-37 minutes. Make sure to check at the 34th minute.
Let them cool in the pan for 15 minutes and serve! Enjoy!
