Place the caster sugar on a plate and add three drops of pink food colouring. Use a fork to mix the colour through the sugar.
Cut a slice of lemon and rub it on the inside and outside of the glass rim. Shape the coloured sugar in a circle the same size as the glass rim and dip the glass into the sugar. How cool is that?
Peel the fruit, cut out the cores and chop roughly. Add the fruit and ice to the blender and blend until smooth and fluffy
Pour the frappes into the glasses, add a straw and slurp! Yum!
