Mix all together in a bowl. I chose walnuts and threw in a tiny bit of honey for sweetness. *This honey counts towards your macros!

Here is your mixture. I had quite a bit of milk to get an ice cream effect to my protein bar. You can do without that much milk also if it doesn't fit your macros.

Now fill some small tupperware with the mixture, spreading it evenly. Now its ready to be put into the freezer.
