Cook bacon & chop them to the small pieces. Mix cream cheese, mix Mexican, salt, pepper & bacon in the bowl. Cut top of jalapeño & clean inside with the small knife. Use spoon to stuff mixed.

Dip stuffed jalapeño into the milk. Then drop into the flour. Let them dry.

Repeat step2 couple times (dip to the milk, dip to the flour, dry) to make sure flour covered entire jalapeño. Be patient!!

After step3, dip them into the milk again then drop into the breadcrumb. Repeat this as step3 to make sure breadcrumb covered entire jalapeño.

Fry with 325 degree for couple minutes.

Nice brown is the target color!!
