Boil water. Cook egg in the water 5 minutes.
Once the egg is cooked, fill the pan with cold water. Shell the egg in the water but be careful not to damaging it.
Prepare 3 containers : the first with flour, the second with a egg beaten and the third with breadcrumbs. Coat the boiled egg with this 3 ingredients (flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs).
Melt the butter in a frying pan. Fry the egg for about 2 minutes (basting the egg with butter like on the picture). Drain the egg on paper towels. Salt, pepper and serve warm.
