Thin slice red onion and cut tops off green chile. Sautée in 1/2 butter 1/2 oil

Add cinnamon sticks

Add 2 pinches of shajeera

Add one teaspoon of ginger garlic puree

Add frozen peas

1/4 teaspoon tumeric

Add two cups prewashed rice

combine all ingredients

Add 1/4 teaspoon cardamon powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Transfer to rice cooker and add 2 and 1/4 cup of water

Serve!
