Cook ravioli ( follow instructions on the bag) then let cool
Heat oil while you dredge the ravioli in the buttermilk
After step 2 is complete take the buttermilk ravioli and place in a bowl and cover with the breadcrumbs and half o the Parmesan
Gently place the ravioli into the hot oil and cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown
Once the ravioli is brown move to a brown paper bag ( or something to suck the oil up) and sprinkle with remaining cheese. ENJOY
