Add oil to pan. Slice polenta and slowly add to pan.
Fry on medium heat for about 3-5 mins per side.
When the polenta is golden brown, sprinkle with blue cheese.
Grab your avocado and slice it up.
Stack the polenta pieces on top of each other so you have a polenta and blue cheese sandwich. Top with avocado, and possibly a dash of hot sauce. Enjoy.
- 4.0 Polenta, half inch slices
- 1.0oz Blue cheese
- 1.0 Avocado
- Hot sauce (optional)
- 2.0Tbsp Oil for frying
