Slice your tomatoes

Mix some milk and an egg to dip your tomatoes in first

Season some flour with whatever you like but make sure to salt it well. Then coat your tomatoes in the seasoned flour

After the first batch your oil will look like this. If your oil starts to smoke turn it down a little. Fry the tomatoes till crispy then flip to crisp the other side.


Then place on a pan lined with paper towels. Dip in your favorite sauce and enjoy!
