add the gtated parmesan
a pinch of salt mix well,your filling is ready
put a spoon of the filling on the pasta sheet two finger apart
Cut the ravioli to shape bhush the edge with egg whiten fold the edge to close in shape
your ravioli are ready ! now they can be cook in hot salted water for about 3 minutes
- 1 egg
- g 200 gr of ricotta
- Tbsp 6 of fresh grated parmesan
- Tbsp 4 of lemon rind
- Tbsp 6 pinenuts toasted
