Clean, peel and chop it up!
Put it in the blender and start with pulsing it slowly till it becomes paste like consistency .
Definitely need a good blender!
Put the paste in ice cube trays and in the freezer.
I usually leave them in overnight. I use different sizes of ice trays.
Then I take them out of the ice trays - run little hot water at the back of the trays so the cubes come off easily for storing.
You can make garlic cubes the same way. With garlic cubes take them just just before putting them in the food else they turn green 😏
I always prefer making my own pastes instead of buying ones with preservatives......and there are a lot of variations!
