These are the ingredients: bread, eggs, milk and butter.

First beat the egg.

Then add 2 tablespoons of milk.

Dip both sides of a slice of bread in the egg mixture. It is important that the bread is not soaked in the mixture.

Heat the frying pan well and add a knob of butter.

Fry the slices of bread lightly on each side for a few seconds.

Excellent for breakfast!

May be eaten as they are ... Or with jam, honey or Nutella. Enjoy!!!
