Spread non stick Pam or butter across the pan
Crack the eggs into a bowl
Add milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon and beat them together with a fork or whisk
Turn the heat down to medium low
Dip bread into the egg mixture
Make sure to get both sides covered in the mixture
Put each slice on the pan
Cook until golden on both sides
Put toast on plate and serve with syrup, powdered sugar, etc. (serve while still hot)
Add cinnamon, or whatever you want to add to it.
Or add fruit.

- 1/2tsp Vanilla abstract
- Powdered sugar, syrup, jam, etc
