Gather the supplies...
Chop the onions and the garlic, make sure to chop them fine.
Sauté the onions in some olive oil, make sure they don't burn. Ad the vinegar.
When the onions are soft ad the water, bouillon and bay leafs (or stock, then don't ad the bouillon) and let it boil for 15 min.
Drizzle the bread slices with olive oil, and put it in the oven. Take them out when they get brown and crisp.
When the bread is done, put the Parmesan on the bread at put it back in the oven. When the cheese is done pour the soup in a bowl and place the cheese bread on top.

- 3.0 White onions
- 2.0 Red onions
- 1.0 Cloves of garlic
- 1.0Tbsp White wine vinegar
- 2.0 Bay leafs
- 1.0pch Salt and pepper
- 1.0l Water ( or stock, then don't use the bouillon)
- 2.0 Vegetable bouillon
- 2.0 Slices of bread
- Lots of Parmesan cheese of a good French cheese
