How to make flower nails

Start with clean nails. Apply base coat

Paint your nails a nude colour

Make three dots with a bobby pin

With a small dotting tool make three dots inside the red ones so the red dot now looks like a C. If you are confused, look at the video in the next step

Make three black dots inside

Apply topcoat

And your done!!!!!
