Bring 2c water to boil. Mix in 1/2 cup flax seeds. Stir often to keep foam at bay. Boil for about 6-8 minutes and reduce heat for 1-2min.

Let your gel stand at room temperature to cool. Once your gel has cooled place it in your fridge. I keep mine for about 2 weeks. It will start to smell FRESH when it's time to dump it.
