STEPS
INGREDIENTS

Cut your fish into bite size - we are using a meaty fish called gurnard

Coat fish in the flour

Coat the flour-covered fish in the beaten egg mixture; this mixture contains salt and pepper and a splash of mirin (optional)

These are the panko bread crumbs we are using

Coat the fish in bread crumbs

Coat it well

Final fish bits
I forgot a picture - deep fry the fish bites in hot oil. Remove from oil when it goes a nice dark brown color

To make the sauce - you need chilli (we are using dry ones), QP mayo, lemon and coriander and chives (optional)

Sorry about the blurry photo - cut up the chilli and coriander and chives finely into a bowl

Add lemon juice from one lemon

Add QP mayo - add as much as you prefer but don't over power the lemon

Mix and stir the sauce

Sauce and fish bites done! Good for a starter or nibbles for guests
