Pre heat oven to 400 degrees. Push start.
Lay out all ingredients and equipment.
Cut 2 tablespoons of butter
Put the butter in a microwave safe bowl.
Heat in 15 second increments until it is completely melted.
Grab a portion of FILO and lay a piece of plastic wrwrap over top.
Then on top of the wrap put a damp towel over that. This will keep it moist and the FILO will not dry out.filo is extremely delicate so you have to be very very carful when using it.
Bake FILO triangles until 10 minutes or until light golden brown.
Bake until golden brown.
Arrange on a platter and eat warm.
