Put the beef in a colander to drain the fat off the beef. Leave for now.

Use the the same pan that you cook the beef in. Just make sure that all the beef and the fat is mostly gone. Put 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil in first and put 2 bags of (7 ounce) package fideo.
Make sure that your heat is not to high. You want to brown fideo. Not to burn it. When you get fideo the color you want.
Get the ground beef and put on top on the top of the fideo.
Now put the boiling water in the pan. The water should start to steam.
Put enough water to cover the ground beef. And add 3 tablespoon of all the spices again. And stir.
Cover the pan and let set until the fideo become tender. When fideo is tender and cook should take about 10 minutes. When take cover off.
Put the 2 cans of Diced Tomatoes in. When the water is almost evaporated to your liking. Then you can serve. You can serve it soupy too if you like.
