Gather all Ingredients
Preheat Oven to 425 degrees
Wash all vegetables
Wash all vegetables
Peel and split the two cloves of garlic
wash and mince garlic

Chop the Asparagus into 1 inch sections
Slice Zucchini into small slices
Prepare the red bell pepper to cut
Cut pepper into long, thin slices
Combine all vegetables
Add olive oil
And 1 tbs of Parmesan cheese
Bake vegetebles on a pan at 425 degrees for 6-8 minutes, until tender
Add remaining Parmesan into butter and cream mixture and stir
Boil the noodles according to the directions on the package
simmer sauce mixture until thick
Remove veggies from oven, strain noodles
Combine sauce, noodles, and vegetables and enjoy
