Pour juice into a container that you can cover with a cloth and rubber band.

Pour ginger bug through cheese cloth into a 1/4 measuring cup.

Add to juice. You'll notice the bubbles right away.

Cover with cloth and let sit at room temperature.for three days.

Stir twice a day. You'll notice it becomes  more an more carbonated each day.

Bottle in airtight container, or swing top bottles and let sit for twenty four hours. Refrigerate and enjoy.

If the soda has any sort of bad smell, dump it down the drain, and try again. I once brewed a pear soda that smelled exactly like farts. The good news is, it spilled all over me when I popped the top.
