Add Three spoons of peanut butter in a bowl, and two scoops of casein protein powder. Then, mix until it's like cookie dough (soft, but dry)...if you use crunchy peanut butter, it has more texture...
You could also use vanilla or other flavored casein. Don't use whey because the cookies will be hard or crumbly...
Bake in oven until they are soft, then let them cool down before eating...The Peanut Butter provides the Fat-Burning MUFAs and the Powder, the protein (for a thermogenic effect)!
You can also add sticks before cooking...

Don't let them cook too long, otherwise they will puff up...10 mins is about right for my oven. Good Luck!
