Here  are my ingredients
Add 1/2 tsp of every spices and about a cup of cornmeal.
Now rub the mix on the catfish.
Add some vegetable oil into a pan on medium fire.
Add your catfish to your pan. Fry it until the coating feels crispy. The fish will curl up it's completely normal

Went fishing and we got these beautiful catfish. There is a more elaborate way to make it but we were hungry. :)
