How to make fantastically chocolatey brownies

Some extremely chocolatey brownies- a favourite of mine!

Measure out 200g of plain chocolate.

Add 175g butter to the chocolate.

Put it in the microwave. Heat in 30 second intervals, and stir after every 30 seconds. You can also put the chocolate and butter into a bowl, and melt over a pan of boiling water.

Weigh 250g caster sugar out.

Mix the sugar with the butter/chocolate mixture. It should look like the picture.

Weigh out 100g flour. Add 30g cocoa powder (not shown)

Mix with the other mixture of butter, chocolate and sugar.

Crack 3 eggs. Whisk.

Mix all ingredients together.

Grease a baking tray and put greaseproof paper in. (Baking parchment)

Spread the mixture in the tray and put it in the oven.

Wash up, just for something to do as the brownies cook.

After about 20 minutes, it should be cooked. To tell that it is cooked, poke it with a skewer. If mixture comes out on the skewer, it's not done. If the skewer comes out clean, it's ready!

Remove from the tray, and put on a cooling rack. Then, simply cut it into squares and dust with icing sugar, if you want!
