Pick a green tomato
Pour 3/4 cup flour into a bowl
Whisk one egg in another bowl with a tbsp water
Add salt to taste
Add pepper to taste
Add a tsp of Paprika
Coat both sides with flour mixture
Dip both sides into egg mixture
Then once more into the flour mixture.
Then place in pan with a generous amount of olive oil over low to medium heat.
Fry until golden brown on both sides.
And serve! Great with breakfast, lunch and dinner.
