Fold a large cupcake liner in half twice with the folded point at the bottom.

Cut out a leaf shape on the top of the folded cupcake liner.

Fold a small cupcake liner in half three times again with the folded point at the bottom.

Cut out a petal shape at the top of the folded cupcake liner.

Fold a large cupcake liner in half four times with the folded point at the bottom.

Again, cut out a petal shape at the top of the folded cupcake liner.

Repeat the first six steps for all of the flowers you wish to put on your lights.

Take the toothpick and cut a small X in the middle of each of your folded cupcake liners.

Layer the cupcake liners on top of each light bulb on the string of lights.

Hang up your new fall flower lights and enjoy!
