STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Hi! It was a long time ago but I'm back! Here you have falafel burgers!
Let's start with the Mexican sauce. Of course, you can buy it but I like it homemade!
Put your canned tomatoes in a bowl.
Add cayenne pepper.
Chop coriander, onion and garlic.
Put it in the bowl.
Stir!
I added a little bit of dried coriander as well for an extra touch, but this is not necessary!
The Mexican sauce is done!
And finally the burgers:
Put onion and spices in a mixer.
Add the chickpeas, lime, salt and pepper!
When done put everything in a bowl, try it and adjust with whatever is necessary for your taste.
Divide it into four pieces.
I thought that they were too big so I divided each burger into two smaller, sorry for the mess :)
Put a little flour in your hand and put the burger on your hand. After put some flour on the top and form it with your hands.
Heat oil in a large frying pan, add the burgers and cook over a medium heat until crisp, about 3 minutes on each side.
It will look a little messy in the beginning...
When they are done put a burger on a plate, top with the Mexican sauce and garnish with dried coriander and serve! Voila!
I hope it tastes good!!
I hope that this was helpful and if you have any questions or what so ever, feel free to ask /comment/suggest :)
