How to make fabric instagram background

I purchased the gold confetti dots for $3 in the Target Dollar Spot.

Press table runner to remove all creases before cutting.

Fold pressed table runner in half.

Once pressed and folded, cut table runner in half.

Pin the right side (long ways) together to hold fabric together for sewing.

Use a 1/4 or 1/8 inch seam allowance and sew the two pieces (long ways) together.

Once to sides are sewn together, open the entire piece and press down the middle seam to flatten.

At the raw edges that you cut, measure down about 1/2 an inch and press.

Sew the pressed raw edge for a clean finish.

Once completed, you can stage your photos any way you like.
