Begin by using either an old T-shirt (like I have) or buy fabrics of your choice :)

Cut 12inch strips (depends how HUGE you'd like to make the flower)

Trace a circle on the FELT fabric the size you want your flower to be (I traced mine off a glass cup)

Once you cut out the circle.. Now it's time to wind your strip. 1.Begin by tying a knot on the tip of the strip 2.Add hot glue to the center of the circle 3.place knot on glue 4. Begin to twist strip

Glue the strip bit by bit as you twist the strip onto the felt & it should look like this :)

Once you're done, tuck the little piece under the strips (or you can trim it off)

You can glue it on to an alligator hair clip or a headband or a shirt etc.
