Dough,  1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1 stick (1/2 cup) cold unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch cubes 1 large egg 1/3 cup ice water 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
