Bring to the boil for a few mins until its a light syrup with all the sugar crystals dissolved . Let it cool very slightly

Sprinkle over the 2tsp of vitamin c powder over the elder flowers and 2 chopped lemons

Poor the now cool ish water with the sugar in over the top and with a spoon make sure it is all covered

Wants it cool cover it up and put it in the fridge for 3-4 days

Then after the 3-4 days drain through a piece of muslin (or an unused new J-cloth) and bottle it .It will keep in your fridge for months if kept sealed. Once open, try to use within a week or so.
