Try to find non-pitted dates, they hold their shape best.
First, (depending on how many dates you want to make), chop walnuts.
Be sure to chop them finely.
Generally a 1\2 tsp to every date.
Slice dates open to reveal the inside. Be careful not to cut them in half!
Stuff dates( do not overstuff!!!).
Pinch them closed.
Warm frying pan and add honey.
Bring honey to a boil
Add dates and stir frequently. The dates should be completely coated in honey.
The dates will open up, so flip them upside down to seal them in.
When the honey browns , your dates are done.
Okay, so some of mine fell apart, but taste great!
