Begin by choosing a medium sized frying pan, turn heat to medium.
Add butter to frying pan and allow to melt.
Crack eggs into pan, salt & pepper to taste, and allow butter to sizzle while eggs cook - About five minutes.
Once eggs are cooked through (not slimy anymore) separate them .
When the edges of the egg are starting to lightly brown check underneath the egg to make sure bottom is also slightly brown letting you know they are cooked.
Flip eggs for a few seconds (less than 5) to seal in the yolk.
Put eggs onto a serving dish, toast bread & butter lightly. Serve and enjoy!!
