First Get out your ingredients
In a medium bowl mix the sugar and milk together.
Then heat up the sugar and milk
In another bowl that is bigger add eggs and the vanilla and stir till they smell and look good.
After, strain the egg mixture though a sieve and whisk gently in the milk and sugar mixture.
Then, fill the egg tarts with the filling
After, bake the raw egg tarts for 15 to 20 minutes at 400°F until golden brown. Don't forget that the oven is hot!
And then you have An egg tart! Eat them fresh!
