Chop & mix onions, scallions, & cheese in hot olive oil.
Mix & beat 8 egg whites with the almond breeze & minced garlic. Then pour egg whites into pan and stir gently on low heat.
Make sure the almond breeze is reduced completely before plating.
Measure out 3 ounces of ahi poke.
Plate the eggs, poke, & broccoli. Season with black pepper and sesame seeds & enjoy! :)
