How to make egg in the hole

Butter a piece of bread on both sides, cut a square or any shape out of the middle and set it in a skillet

Add salt and pepper. Let the egg cook and the bread get golden brown, Flip and repeat

Enjoy!!

To be a little more creative you can make it into a sandwich and add whatever you like in between.
