Put cream cheese and butter in large bowl.
Cream. (You can do this by hand, too, but wait until it softens.)
Add 1 cup of powdered sugar.
Add two tablespoons of brown sugar.
Add splashes of vanilla.
Add chocolate chips.
Almost finished--now for the presentation.
Dampen a clean dish rag.
Wipe the edge of the bowl to remove splatters of dip from the edge.
See the splatters?
See how much neater it looks?
Add chocolate chips and toffee on top for garnish. I've also broken a graham cracker in half to stick in dip for visual appeal. Enjoy!
Store any leftovers in the fridge. Note: if this is too thick for you, heating the brown sugar, butter, and vanilla together over the stove before mixing makes this dip a little softer and thinner.
