Mix together 1 cup of your favorite tea leaves. Pick teas based on the smells you enjoy and that will suit your needs. I love what green tea does for my skin so it's always in my mix!

Separate 3/4 cup of your tea leaf mix into your tea pouches. Any sealable thin mesh pouch will do. I like to use 3 or 4 pouches for one batch because it's easier to regulate the strength of the bath.

Bathing: Activate tea leaves by adding the bag to boiling water before putting it in the bath. Add extra tea bags to the tub as needed. Save what you don't use for your next bath.

The remaining 1/4cup tea leaves will help create a lotion you can use every day. Add leaves to equal parts boiling water. Steep then cool in fridge (1hr) or freezer (15min). Don't remove leaves yet.

Add 1tbsp of tea mixture for each 1cup of lotion and stir. This way your lotion won't be runny. You can keep some leaves in the mixture or remove them by using an infuser before adding to lotion.
