Place desired amount of seeds into a clean jar. Amounts vary for seed size and how much sprouts you want to make.

Add water to jar and swirl or stir to be sure all seeds are submerged in water. Allow seeds to soak for awhile. I like to do this over night. Cover jar and secure.

Drain water from jar and place in a sunny area  tipped at an angle to allow excess water to drain. Shake to spread seeds along jar length to allow air circulation and prevent mold growth.

Water your sprouts a couple times a day draining and placing back at angle. Your sprouts should be complete in 4 to 5 days however time can depend on what you are choosing to sprout.
