Next slowly add your flour

When that is done add the salt.

The dough should now be slightly wet. But not sticky.

Next SLOWLY add water. You can always add more later. If you want to just eat the dough it needs to be a little thicker. But if you wish to use it on crackers, make it  more runny than normal dough
