Brown the turkey breast at medium high heat.  The leaner the better, but I still drain off whatever fat there is (next step)

Reduce to medium/low heat. Try and make pieces of ground turkey as small as possible by chopping it.

Add salt and pepper to taste. I use fresh ground, about 4 cranks each. Maybe 5 :)

Stir all ingredients until thickened. Reduce to low heat and toast buns in either toaster oven or oven at 350 for about 5 minutes.

  • 1/4c Brown sugar
  • 1/3c BBQ sauce
  • 1.0Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1.0 Sandwich roll
