Make Easy Tom Yum Soup


Boil broth, lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, lemongrass, ginger, and lime (cut in half) in large pot. Reduce heat to low; simmer 15 minutes. Then remove limes.

Add chicken, Sriracha, mushrooms, and onion. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Stir in tomato.

Add cilantro and serve.

  • 1/2c Lime Juice
  • 1/4c Sugar
  • 2.0Tbsp Lemongrass (squeeze)
  • 1/4c Ginger (squeeze)
  • 1.0 Lime
  • 1/4c Fish Sauce
  • 2.0Tbsp Sriracha
  • 1.0bnch Green Onions
  • 1.0 Tomato (diced)
  • 2.0Tbsp Cilantro (squeeze)
  • 2.0lb Chicken, 1/2inch cubes
  • 1.0bnch Mixed mushrooms
